It’s just like trying to answer “mommy, how are babies made?” except with a server.
The book is out of stock at Amazon, but there are some sellers.
Edit: To be clear, this was an odd promotional endeavor for HP, which sells one of the more practical/useful off-the-shelf servers. It’s like a Time Capsule for Windows.
